About the project

Easyshift bridges the gap between employers and shift workers, making the hiring process effortless for both parties.

The platform allows businesses to post job openings, review candidate profiles, and schedule shifts efficiently. Job seekers can browse opportunities, apply for shifts that match their skills, and enjoy the freedom to work on their terms—choosing when and where they want to work.

Clients of these financial advisers also have access to an app tailored to their needs where they can keep track of their investments, transactions, and performance.
 

As the Lead UI Designer on the Easyshift project, I was responsible for creating web & app designs. My role involved addressing key design and experience challenges, including simplifying complex scheduling and job-matching processes.

The goal was to create an intuitive, easy-to-use platform that made navigating job opportunities and managing shift work seamless for both employers and job seekers.
